Regrettably all of our graze boxes and platters are non refundable.
If after placing your order you need to amend the order details or date we will do our absolute best to meet your request subject to availability. Any changes must be requested with a minimum of 7 days notice in advance of the order date. If in the unfortunate event cannot accommodate your changes we will add a credit to your account for you to use at a later date.
If your order is for an event and you need to cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances such as Covid 19, other illness or bereavement as long as you notify us within 4 days a credit of the full amount will be applied to your account to be used either for an event reschedule or orders of your choice.
Unfortunately if we are notified with less than 4 days notice prior to the order date then 40% of the cost is payable to cover the costs we have incurred placing orders with our suppliers. As these items will then be received by us they will be donated to a local food bank rather than go to waste
To secure a grazing table booking a non refundable deposit is payable which will be deducted from your final balance.
The final balance is payable 14 days prior to your event date.
Should you need to amend or cancel your event less than 14 days in advance of your event date then you unfortunately you will incur some of the costs. Please recognize that for Grazing Tables and events we reserve the whole day for preparations and at short notice we would not be able to fill the slot and will have already ordered food and/or foliage for which we cannot obtain refunds from our suppliers.
These charges would be as follows
7-14 days 50%,
Less then 7 days 100%.
The remaining balance would remain on your account for when you reschedule or to be used on smaller orders of your choice.
Please note, we are very fair and if we receive a last minute booking where we can utilise the products and retrieve the costs incurred we will notify you and add add this to your account credit.
