In light of the current situation regarding Covid-19 we are implementing extra safety precautions to prevent any transmission of Covid-19.
For our own safety, & of course yours too, we will be wearing a mask upon arrival and gloves if setting up a grazing display & we will not enter any homes or venues without these.
We take lateral flow tests on the morning of all events to ensure we are Covid free. We also request that we do not come into contact with anyone at the location of the set up to minimise any risk of us contracting Covid-19 as this would severely affect my business and income.
We will need to be let in and shown to where you would like the graze set up (from a 2 meter distance). We then request that no one else enters the set up area until we have finished, if at any time this isn't adhered to we reserve the right to leave the premises immediately.
If yourself or any of your household/workplace were to display any symptoms of covid-19 at all prior to the booking we would not enter your premises & we would deliver platters instead or allow a transfer of date within 12 months of cancelling. If we were notified within 72 hours that the booking is cancelled due to Covid-19 symptoms being present we regret that 100% of the payment will be retained as we will not be able to fill your booking slot at late notice & we will have already purchased all of the food & foliage for the booking which would then have to be donated to a food bank.
As our clients are aware that Covid-19 circumstances can change , in the event that restrictions on gatherings or events are imposed by the government due to Covid-19 we will transfer your booking to a later date with the credit to be used within 12 months of restrictions being lifted.
If however we cannot fulfil your booking due to contracting Covid-19 ourselves then we will offer a full refund and help you find a recommended alternative caterer.
